This week an A5 colour leaflet showing our remaining home games/fixtures & our league postion fell through our letterbox. We live in the North Welling (between Brampton Road & Upper Wickham Lane) area.

Well done to who ever got this sorted. (y)

A big HOORAH from our household.  :ok:

Anyone else get one of these & will be joining us in the 'HOORAH'S'?

& also what area do you live in?

That will teach you for living in far flung places - do me a favour, say hello to my Auntie June and Uncle Alec. They live that way.

You wouldn't expect to. There's no such club.

All the people stating they haven't got a leaflet, have you actually offered to leaflet your area yourself?....

Lol. Yeah, fair point...

Nothing wrong with branching out but Basingstoke might be a bit too far. Probably a bit too soon to try and compete with the Valley Express coach service...

Apologies if my previous post sounded like a shouting rant. Well done to those who have leafleted. I appreciate most of the previous posts were made in jest, as opposed to being unappreciative of those who do leaflet.

Paul, I would be more than happy to leaflet when I get a spare moment (doing 6/7 day weeks at the moment.) I should be able  to find time just before or after work.

I would be happy to leaflet around Stoneleigh / Epsom but everyone supports Cheslea. I do bore people senseless with talk about Welling though and distribute Welling mugs far and wide.

Considering Thamesmead Town can't get anymore than 40 people turn up with the might of Trust Thamesmead on their side backing them,  I'm not sure me trapsing around the Titmuss Avenue estate handing out Wings flyers is going to be of much benefit to Welling gates at all

Plus , I said it in jest smile

No I haven't, and I won't be either. Not because I don't think it will work, but purely as I do not have time sadly.

It's not criticism, merely pointing out that if we are to leaflet anywhere 200 yards from the ground would seem like a sensible starting point.

Well done to Paul for organising, and for anyone volunteering.
