Is it of general interest that a story about some of the applicants for the Salisbury vacancy is posted on this particular forum?
So are you implying that because Cynical posted this link, he's insinuating that Daisy is in the frame for the job? Because his response to you would indicate otherwise. I'd imagine it was posted because they can be classified as one of our main rivals nowadays, having just been promoted with us.
And it was yourself that brought it up initially on the WUSA forum.
If you're really so sceptical about Daisy's future I'll happily have a wager with you. If and when he does leave, it won't be to Salisbury.
Good, AW, I want Jamie to stay with us as long as he wishes to. It is just that I have this irrational fear that we will lose him just when we need him most. And you are right, he is destined for a bigger job than that at Salisbury. We must also remember that his management team, and a well-motivated set of talented players, also had an awful lot to do with our success.
He is not going anywhere THIS year.....i feel he will have promised those that have signed on as i think some will have asked that 'before' they went for it

Thank you AW. I was merely posting that there are some high profile people applying for the job and no way saying that Jamie was going for it. I still think that he will be here for the duration, but, he is destined for greater things.
After receiving 55 applicants for the job, Salisbury has decided to appoint the current acting manager, and former assistant manager, Mikey Harris. He is in his late 20s and will probably be the youngest, if not one of the youngest, managers in the Conference. If our Jamie is anything to go by, he will do a great job. Phew, panic over and ....sorry.
Our Terry Robbins was younger (another player manager, a striker) at 27 back in the 90s, also Conference Premier (was just plain old Conference then!).
Congratulations on the appointment good to see from within. Also glad you got the other promotion spot was deserved.
