Now 2-0 down .... COYW - strikers must strike .... defenders must shore up defence .... midfield to work harder in support of both ....

 

Pre-season or not, results DO matter if only in building confidence and a winning mentality ....

Nice and local, lets hope the predicted monsoon swerves Hayes Lane.

Hopefully we can keep up the good recent form and performances.

Highlights from today's game including a decent save from a Joe Healy penalty will be online over the next couple of days. Interviews with Jamie Day and Jake Gallagher will also be on WingsTV.

Welling tried 5 across the back today but Fraser Franks limped off which will be a concern.

Well...having not seen any pre season games (so all I can go on are the results and the videos) it seems we have a long way to go to be ready for Wrexham......I know daisy is being upbeat in the interviews BUT I just hope that he isnt just putting a brave face on it.

Hate to say it in pre season, but that was poor today..only 14 days till wrexham and that will go quickly. But im sure the lads know what they have to do.
