Very good report as always Mark. Everyone may recall last season that we tried promoting the club via social networking sites like Facebook with great effect. Even if it did get a bit annoying with me posting "Don't forget to 'like the article on Facebook'..." If I got a bit carried away last season then I apologise.

However promoting the club via social networking sites like Facebook is a fantastic way of promoting the club for free. Towards the end of last season Mark's match reports were the most shared and viewed articles on the Newsshopper website on a weekly basis. On several occasions we were even awarded with more coverage on the Newsshopper back page than Charlton!
Speaking of which, this is also a good time to capitalise on Charlton amd Millwalls poor start to the season, and to provide some of their fans with a local alternative that provides better value for money.

Although many of you know how to do this already, as a reminder, to share Mark's match reports just click on the match report link above. Then click on the Facebook 'like' and /or Twitter button at the top of the article. This can also be done with articles on our own website.

If we can get up to the same levels we got last season then we'll be getting hundreds, if not thousands of extra viewers of our match reports each week. Making this better, and most importantly cheaper than any leafleting or flyer campaign we could ever run.
