Quick reminder, we need to let the coach company know by Monday if we want the Hereford Coach so tomorrow is the last day to put your name down.
Southport is the next coach being run and at the moment the cheapest train ticket is £70. Even if we get 30 names for this coach it will be around £30 - £35 and the more people then the cheaper it will be.
The boys have put some great performances in over the last 2 games, let's try to get as many people as we can to the games to cheer them on.

This is a coach for the supporters and if we don't get enough uptake they won't run, and we won't be looking to run them in the future.

If we don't get the numbers to run these Kevin, at the start of the season when performances are good, what chance are we going to have for games in the new year when form may dip and results may not be great?
I'm not going to spend time ringing round for quotes and trying to organise things if they are not wanted/needed.

As ive said before the majority of Wings fans snap up cheap train tickets 12 weeks before games , if no coach is announced there is no other option.
Coaches would sell out for rearranged games when train fares would be silly. Supporters had no idea coaches would be running when the fixtures came out so they got cheaper train tickets for the first 5 or 6 games. Thats 40-50 people who wont be travelling on coaches announced after the train has been booked.
Have you considered booking smaller coaches? 29 seaters or so for those that would travel by coach?
Deano you are doing a top job with these coaches , circumstances have snookered you but dont give up as i think people will use them who have not booked the away journeys by train or when games get postponed and rearranged.

Yes smaller coaches are available but they are not mcuh cheaper and don't have toilets on board meaning they will not be as comfy.
Good point JGFC, re-arranged games are likley to be popular as are games towards the end of the season i would have thought. Salisbury away on the bank holiday for example.

Unfortunatly due to a lack of humbers the coach to Hereford won't be running. However, you can get group save tickets on the day. If there are 4 of you then you can get the 4 for 2 deals and it works out about £19 return from Paddington.
Next coach we are looking to run is Southport, the current cost on national rail and the train line is £78.50 return. Even if we get just 30 people for the coach, then the cost will be approx £35 so a huge saving. Please message me or put your name in the thread at the top of the page.

Cheapest train tickets for the day are £79.50 and with current numbers, WUSA members will be paying under half that amount. Plus the more people that travel, the cost per head comes down as well.
