10 people have now pulled out of this trip meaning that unless we get a few more people on board this coach will make a substantial loss.

I know people have other commitments and things crop up short notice but 10 people pulling out is unbelievable.

Therefore if you are still thinking of gong please let me know. The cost is currently £39 for WUSA adults which considering the length of the trip, the fact it's a 49 seater with toilet etc, and the train journey costing £80, i think is a very reasonable price.

This is a coach being organised for you the supporters and if this one makes a big loss then it's unlikely I will be putting the effort into anymore coaches. Had these 10 people not committed in the first place then we wouldn't have run the coach. I/We on the WUSA committee can't be losing money gained through events/membership etc because people keep pulling out of trips.
