How the hell does Jamie get these players i thought Cargill was outstanding yesterday. I have only been following the Wings for a couple of seasons & have yet to see a managerial mistake from the BOSS either in selection or the transfer market. No wonder you more knowledgeable  Wings fans say " IN JAMIE WE TRUST"

Just shows.....It is the man management and team ethic that gets the points NOT the ammount of money you spend on the squad...FGR & Wrexham for example

It was interesting to hear the Wrexham manager saying that he has a bit of an injury crisis that is why they have had a poor start.......Well we can manage it and we are ONLY LITTLE WELLING!!!

Let's hope Gillingham don't come calling for Jamie - they sacked their manager less than an hour ago.

Oh dear.... Someone ring them and remind them Paulo Di Canio's available....

Or, possibly Tony Pulis and Ade Pennock.  If we did lose Jamie (heaven forfend) - and he has probably put himself on the radar of a few League clubs with the results and performances this season - then I wonder whether Ade would be interested? Unfortunately, with such a good manager it is inevitable that we will lose him to a League club sooner or later.  Please not this season!

He did play well yesterday. His aerial attack is phenomenal. Attempted to header everything from corners yesterday. He will shine this season if he gets more game time!

Baily Cargill's loan period ends on 2nd November (from memory), by which time Doug Bergqvist should be available again.

I think he'll end up a much higher level than Bournemouth. No disrespect to them but I do think he has the ability to go the highest level.

Bailey looks class already at such a young age.  We are so fortunate to have a young manager with vision who has a reputation for helping players to develop - which is why their clubs send them here.  Long may it continue.

They are a Championship side so you're suggesting premier league? Bit early to suggest that imo.

Thought he was outstanding yesterday and played a part in both goals in addition to looking classy at the back. Shows the value of good contacts - Jamie knows Eddie Howe.

We had Carl Jenkinson on loan from Charlton a couple of seasons ago. He`s now with the Gooners and has an England cap. IMO Baily Cargill looks a better player than Jenkinson all day long! He`s gonna go far.

Presume he will not be allowed to play in FA Cup in case Bournemouth need him after Christmas?

Hello Welling fans!

AFC Totton fan here. Baily spent most of last season on loan with us in the Southern League Premier Division and won the fans' player of the year award by a country mile. He joined in November and made his debut in the FA Trophy 1st round away to Forest Green Rovers. He was outstanding in every game he played and scored a couple of stunning goals during the season. He played either right back or right wing for us and never put a foot wrong. We all said he would be playing at least Championship level within two years and hopefully he does well for you guys to show Bournemouth what he can do.

He will be a real asset to you and I'm hoping to see his name come up on Soccer Saturday with a few goals for Welling before his loan expires. ;)

Good luck for the season and good luck to Baily. :)

Bournemouth must have one hell of a team if they can let players like him out on loan. Definitely one for higher things.
