I've just found some tapes again from 2003-04 of games filmed...
I know there is Worcester away in Dr Martens ? and Dover in the FA Trophy, they are labelled, I am hoping the 3-2 game at Stafford is there too as we were 2-0 up with 11 mins left and i think thats the night Phil Collins called Paul Parker a See you.....TWICE... There are 12-15 tapes all used. So there could be 6 or 7 full games there.
Two things.. One , mini dv tapes are old and could be hard to transfer on an old mini dv camera and could cause it to fail.. So only lend it if its old and was in the loft etc and you dont use it or its an old second camera..
Two if i get them off and youve lent the camera you will get a DVD of each game or whats on the tape if its just halfs of games etc.
MINI DV is the just bigger matchbox sized tapes pictured below...
And if it all goes ok.. You can have 6 brand new sealed sony premium mini DV tapes that were in the bag with the games.
These would be good to get on to DVD and online. If we can get this done i will put the whole games up on WIngsTV first of all and we can use some of the video at the 50th year dinner with some of last seasons and the old videos we have.

I have a JVC MiniDV CamCorder in the cupboard, found the charger, but just need to find the AV leads. I am there tomorrow if you want to borrow it. And I thought I was in with the times.
Update: Found the AV leads.

Noooooo, not the Stafford 3-2 please........unless of course you have footage of Stafford lying prostrate on the terrace after having the first witnessing of a Welling win in his back yard snatched from him in the last few minutes.
If you can put it in the Club shop with Gary i will get that all sorted and get the Camera back to you for the next game and the DVDs of the games if it all goes to plan.
Try forwarding then rewinding the old tapes first. This can loosen any stuck parts of the tape/metal oxide (playing at normal speed first off might cause the camera parts to stick and damage the parts or tape).
