I see they are taking crumbs of comfort from their (so far) crap season by our result on Saturday.  Conversely, I do hope they do well.

Why, or is my memory bad over the last year (as do we always play them early on this fixture), are we playing them at a 12.30pm kick off on
Thursday 26th December 2013 (Boxing Day) ?

Does not leave much time for a pre-match drinking in Crayford on route to the game....gggrrrrrr furious

It does leave plenty of time to celebrate 3 points afterwards though

Poor old Tony Burman is taking stick from a few Dartford fans following the Darts' latest defeat.  Crikey, memories are short there - he masterminded all of their recent promotions.  I hope they don't try to tempt Jamie down the road - although I reckon it would have to be a massive temptation (not to mention a big fee to us). Instead, let's tempt Tony to join Jamie at the Wings - we did try to sign him as a player years ago!

I think our games with Dartford will be extremely competitive and thereby tough regardless of their position.

Absolutely, Spitey - two very tough games.  I hope we both stay up this season, we need local rivals and both clubs need the gate money.

Knowing how the conference normally schedule Xmas games there's no guarentee that we'd get Bromley over the festive period.

It would depend who else came up/down

With respect to Bromley it is not as big a game as Dartford or Ebbsfleet in derby terms. Would be good to have all three in the Skrill Premier next season.

Saw Dartford last week at home to Wrexham and think they need a big improvement to stay up. Wrexham played well, but not exceptionally well to win 5-1

and Wrexham haven't exactly been settling the world on fire this season, and were the away side. Dartford, based on recent form, if they went away to a top side like Luton or Cambridge, would be lucky to only lose 5-0
