Presumably so, FA competition matches take precedence - and, I think, unlike the FA Cup proper, the replays are held during the following week. I hope so, because this is the best news for us on a challenging day.
I still don't know why the Grimsby game wasn't set for the week that has just passed as it would not have clashed with any FA Cup / Trophy potential replay.

If Grimsby get knocked out on Tuesday can we go there on 14th December? As an alternayive, could we host Hyde on the Sunday? It would be good to avoid a fixture pile up in January.
Who's to say we won't have other injuries / suspensions in January? Every time things look to be improving we get a new spate. Also, do we want lots of free time when we have three players on one month loans?

The game's already been re-arranged for the following Tuesday, the 10th.
Why would that affect it, no Trophy games next week.
If we have agreed to next week it is just daft. If people could not get Tuesday and Friday off this week I doubt Friday and Tuesday will be met much more favourbly
