I seem to remember us losing 4-3 at home to Sutton on a Friday night after winning 4-3 at Ganders Green Lane earlier in the season which included a goal from the half way line. It could be that my brain is completely addled and this is all or part nonsense!
I think I remember about 3 or 4 times we've played on a Friday night. Reading FA Cup, Slough (Live TV game?), Kidderminster (Conf?).
Doubt the crowds will match a Saturday but interesting to see how many we get tonight.
I remember the Slough game. It was on some pub channel (Live TV with Tony Incenzo??) and was an awful game - from memory the late Stuatt White scored an og and we lost 0-2?
I remember a game with Sutton which kicked off late and I think Lennie Dennis was playing for them and we lost that one as well!
Hopefully the game will get a decent attendance and it should be much better than a Tuesday in February which was the only alternative for both clubs after NYD was called off.
