Jamie's interview suggested he is having problems getting players in as a result of money and morning training.

Money - to be expected, we aren't big payers, simple.

Appears training in the morning is a barrier as well. I assume most teams in our league are either full-time or train in the evening. If I were a player considering a move to high paying Dartford/Ebbsfleet/Maidstone/Bromley, and with many the commuting was less and the training was in the evening allowing me to work in the day, or Welling, I know what I would choose. It's putting limitations on who we can bring in it seems.

Perhaps something that needs addressing for next season?

morning training does seem a bit odd for part time players who most likely will have other jobs
