Hello,

Cambridge away 18th March - with the ground being a few miles from the station, it means that you are looking at a night bus home from Lewisham if you live near the stations on the Bexleyheath line. So I have got a very reasonable quote from a coach company for a 49 seater coach with toilet on board. The below quote may also come down as 1 or 2 companies are still to come back to me but to start the ball rolling... The coach will leave PVR at 5-5.30pm and leave Cambridge at 10pm.

 

30 people - £17 for WUSA adults,£22 for Non WUSA adults, £12 for WUSA kids and £17 for Non WUSA Kids

35 people - £15 for WUSA adults,£20 for Non WUSA adults, £10 for WUSA kids and £15 for Non WUSA Kids

40 people - £13 for WUSA adults,£18 for Non WUSA adults, £8 for WUSA kids and £13 for Non WUSA Kids

45 people - £11 for WUSA adults,£16 for Non WUSA adults, £6 for WUSA kids and £11 for Non WUSA Kids

49 people - £10 for WUSA adults,£15 for Non WUSA adults, £5 for WUSA kids and £10 for Non WUSA Kids

Need to know by the end of the Macclesfield game on the 1st March but would appreciate early bookings so we can get the coach booked. I also need a non refundable deposit of £10 for adults and £5 for kids when booking your place. The deposit will be returned if the coach doesn't run due to lack of numbers. I'm also happy to give costs for any fans wanting just a seat on the way home.

We took a full coach to Braintree earlier in the season and got a great result, let's take plenty of fans to Cambridge and hope we can do the same.

Coach is now sold out.

Final cost is £10 for WUSA members, £15 for Non-WUSA Members, £5 for WUSA Kids and £10 for Non-WUSA Kids. There are also a number of people just travelling home on the way back and the cost for that is £8.

There is already a reserve list so if I don't hear from you or receive payment by Saturday's home game, then i have to let your seat go so please get in contact if you can't make Saturday's game.

The coach is designed just to break even in order to offer supporters the best possible deals. We are £40 short of breaking even so I will be doing a scratchcard or first goal scorer type competition. I would be grateful if everyone could take part, it's only £1 a ticket and will ensure that we break even for the coach.

As the coach is now sold out, anyone looking for alternative travel to the game can get a National Express coach for £14:85 return.

I've managed to upgrade the coach to a 53 seater which can now take the 3 people on the reserves list. So there is 1 space left if anyone wants it....

From the Cambridge website:

For most games, away fans will be accommodated in the all-seater South Stand, which was built on the site of the old South Terrace during the 2001-2002 season. To get there from the Greyhound pub, simply follow the path across Coldham's Common and use the 'South Stand' turnstiles.

Alternatively, if you are approaching the ground from the front along Newmarket Road, take the footpath just to the town side of the ground, along the back of the Habbin Stand to the 'South Stand' turnstiles.

For selected games (see the Tickets News page for details about specific forthcoming matches), away fans may be accommodated in the southern end of the Habbin Terrace.

The Habbin South is adjacent to the South Stand and the directions are the same as those above, but use the 'Habbin South' turnstiles instead.

Does anyone know what stand we'll be in? I hope it's the terrace rather than the stand as I prefer standing and its £3 cheaper!

Not sure what stand we are in but when I spoke to Cambridge regarding the coach arrangements we go through turnstiles 23-26
