Sad to see him go but probably the best thing for all parties. Let's hope he gets the game time that we couldn't offer him and that he can start banging the goals in again.
Well done to Jamie, the management team, and the club for having the decency and morals to allow a player badly injured to continue claiming a wage, be part of the group, get fit, get PFA help, train, get back to fitness, and then getting some minutes to allow an opportunity elsewhere, and not a career ending.
and well done to Luis for never moaning in what must have been a very frustrating time.
Good luck Luis. Luis and Pughy were a great partnership and he has worked hard to regain fitness. Hope it works out for him at Tonbridge and wherever else he goes.
