Healy on for Ajala. He's been one of our better players tonight.

The effect of being part-time maybe?

A lot of our players are probably knackered from a full day at work before a Tuesday home game. I'd guess for away games they either take the day off or just do a short shift, depending on location? Some of them are personal trainers, others are labourers, and even if they're not physically tired they're probably mentally drained.

Not a bad game. They needed the result and we created lots of chances and put none away.

Tradesmen rather than labourers I suppose - I've no idea out of the current crop, but based on last season there must be a few. Jon Main was an electrician, Sam Mott a locksmith, I think Ben Martin was a builder?

Hence the "Based on last season" and "I don't know out of the current crop" - I'm saying it's not out of the ordinary for semi-pro footballers to have other jobs which may or may not include activities that tire them out.

Not the greatest game of football last night but had we taken one or two clear chances in the first half it would have opened out and we may well have won the game. Felt we ran out of steam and/or ideas in the second half and was surprised to see Ajala get taken off as he had looked one of our more dangerous players. Rather like the Halifax game at PVR, we missed a couple of chances and gave away a soft goal and should have taken a point from both games instead of losing them.

I don't think we can/should be too harsh on them. It has been a long season and a lot of travelling. Daisy has chopped and changed a bit lately and last night I thought it was quite difficult to see the formation at times.

This is the first season for a while where we have had nothing to really play for at the end of the season. If most of us had been told that we would be safely in mid table and free of relegation worries in the first week of April we would have taken that back in August!

Up the Wings!

My one question would be why not give Basille a go?
