Most of them to be honest though not on recent form (Southport 2nd half excepted). Two or three quality new signings to replace those that left during the seaon wouldn't go amiss.
Most impressive loanees overall Hudson and Cargill and if Hudson could be made exempt from this category would like to have seen more of Cornick.
Incidentally Football Web Pages have one Joe Healy listed for Leatherhead (v Guernsey) last night in the play offs surely not..
Those mentioned so far are pretty much certain to stay. I also hope we keep hold of Obersteller.
Fell out of favour a bit once Baily Cargill made that driving 80 yard run down the left wing. Heard that people think he's injury prone, to which I'd argue that mumps and a detached retina are freak events! For me, he provides some essential width down that left side that no other recent leftback has been able to match. This is especially important when we play Juan Joe out wide. Name me a better player in his position for the same money... plus he's doing The Knowledge so will be self-employed and can commit to our training schedule. Maybe there are reasons for him not playing so much that I'm not aware of, but with everyone fit he'd still be in my first XI.
I find that incredible and have never noticed such a stroke pulled like that before. I know he must be a free agent now but even so I find it astonishing that the rules allow it. Wonder how many other teams have ever done such a thing. Why didn't they just go the whole hog and played most of the Welling team (would be a bit more obvious I know)! Good luck to him though (as long as he comes back to us next season!) and they won so Folkestone it is for them now where Boothy awaits!!

Would like to see Obersteller stay as on his day is a class act and has looked up to the level in his cameo appearences. Needs to be on the field more. We miss his set pieces despite Harry's effort at the weekend. Would have strong competition if Bender stayed not certain we'd sign both. Any player that stays has to be on the basis that it's mutually working out with management on and off the pitch.
Mmmmm....not sure....also Clarkie has probably run his course now too!!
Kurtis probably will go i would guess
Clarkie maybe though would be a shame. Has done well in patches.
No reason for Guthrie to go. Unlucky with illness and back trouble but we saw plenty of him earlier in season. Needs more goals but a valuable squad member at least with great work rate and some talent. Would have been in my team recently.

Barney Williams has been on dual registration with VCD and Welling.
Josh Ekim has been on dual registration with Billericay and Welling.
Malachi Hudson and Malik Ouani have been on dual registration with Walton Casuals and Welling.
Who is to say that Joe Healy isn't on dual registration with Leatherhead and Welling?

Just because it's within the rules doesn't make it right. Personally wouldn't want Welling to suddenly play ringers for a play-off match

I don't believe a regular first teamer of ours could have been on a dual registration in quite the same way. There was a purpose to the examples you give i.e. experience which they would not be getting at Welling just yet. This was a stroke pulled in my view because our season was over. Doesn't bother me particularly but to my mind his prescence in the Leatherhead line up was as an out and out 'ringer'. Perhaps we felt guilty about Jobo though I don't know the circumstances of that!
Joe has been non-contract all season, and I imagine all contracts and ties ceased anyway come Saturday 26th April when the game ended with Southport.
I raised the question earlier in the year about us making the play-offs and having no players for it. Loanees would go back to parent clubs etc. Was only ever a trivial comment as wasn't expecting us to make it of course.
There is, in theory, no reason Joe couldn't play due to ties with Welling as those ended last Saturday, however, how is he registered with Leatherhead? I assume there must be a cut-off for signings at some date late in the season to prevent people fielding XI "ringers" that they snap up in a "dream team" type scenario once most clubs regular season ends. As someone above mentioned, Leatherhead or another side could field literally XI new players otherwise. Hardly fair.
Perhaps it is because of Joe Obbo, who knows. But one thing, if I were a Guernsey fan, I would be very, very annoyed, especially if Joe had scored, won a penalty, or done something that turned the game.
I think it's safe to say Joe Healy is a Wing next season, and until Daisy might move on in the future.

With regards to loans coming back Only a few have impressed me Tobi Sho Silva I would love to see again but doubtful as Charlton have struggled this year and I imagine he might get game time next season in the championship. Tom Bender is another I wouldnt mind seeing back anytime. With regards to Blaine Hudson who I call (penalty hudson due to fact he gives needless pens away a lot) I would rather not see him again tbh to many poor perfomances after a good start, Quade Taylor also didnt really show me much apart from a lack of pace and a heart attack watching him defend at times (was like bambi on ice at times) One of the best players we brought in this season was Toby Ajala gr8 business from Mr day and is already my sons fav player I also would be delighted to see Kurtis Guthrie stay with the club he always give 100% and I love him just for the fact he scored winner away to dartford on new years day he also seemed versatile with playing on wing or uptop anyways hope Mr Day can work his magic in the pre season and find me 3 or 4 new players to like I am well chuffed we look like keeping Lou Fazekerley, Lee Butcher, and a few others even though contracts mean little nowadays anyways CMON you wings looking forward to new season already :)
Blaine might have given away a few penalties but he's comfortably good enough to play at this level.
First half of the season he was superb and I think he's suffered for constantly having a different player next to him since Fraser left. Prone to the odd lapse in concentration but what young player isn't? If he's available I'd be more than happy to see him sign for us.
Agree on Ajala, very exciting player, and Sho-Silva takes some of the physical burden off of Roscoe. Karagiannis has had limited game time for whatever reason but my god he's looked good when he's played (heard a rumour that Daisy is keeping him under wraps so that no other clubs try and snap him up?!). When was the last time we had a pacey left-footed winger who could get to the byline and whip a cross in? I hope Kurtis stays but he'll need to be prepared for a fight to get a position in our front 3.
Can't see both Ajala and Karagiannis both staying - the former for me if it comes down to a choice.
Sho Silva (and to some extent Guthrie) are both better as central strikers in my opinion and, in our formation, Lafayette is the main man and, if he stays (and I sincerely hope he does), then I don't see either of them playing as a foil for him. Both put in a good shift though but I doubt Sho Silva will be anywhare near the Charlton first XI next season.
I would like to see a couple of more experienced heads in the team next year but I realise that may cost money and we don't have a lot of that! An older head at centre half (someone like Mcauley that was on loan at D******* from Cambridge) would be ideal if they were prepared to let him go?
As for season long loans I would take Baily Cargill like a shot and maybe one of Wakefield or Cornick depending on where the squads needs more reinforcements.
Whilst football is a game of opinions and no two people see the same thing alike, I must stand up for Blaine Hudson. He has made a few mistakes of late but, overall, taking the season as a whole, I believe he has been immense for us. Perhaps the only constant we have had at the back and I for one am grateful that he played this season with us. If he was available and, it was within my power, I would sign him on again without hesitation. Quade Taylor is also a classy (but young) centre half who would appear to have a big future ahead of him. Overall, our loan signings have served us well and we will no doubt have to delve into that market again next season. Lets trust in Daisey to bolster the squad with some permanent new faces and hope that the injuries do not arrive as thick and fast as they did towards the later part of this season.

In three words I can sum up everything i've learnt in life; it goes on.
I would love to see Blaine come back next season. People seem to forget how good he was week in-week out nearly all season and if we don't sign him expect him to turn up doing a job somewhere else. Him and McAuley would be a good partnership.

He was our man of the match at many away games and is still young and will get better and better.
Hudson was outstanding until Franks left. Whether that was him being made to look better than he was I don't know, and I would think that harsh, later in the season Obo, Faz, and the other centre-half were rotated all the time, plus Hudson was injured and/or banned for some games. Given a consistent run with a consistent partner at the back then he would be a good player for us. Sadly, I think money will prevent it.
Re: Healy ... can't believe I didn't think of it previously, or anyone else raised it, why if he was sent off in the Leatherhead v Guernsey game ... banned for Wings for start of season. Risky. Would prefer it not to happen again, but appreciate he is a free agent.
No, sent off. What if he was sent off and a ban resulted. We'd lose him for the start of next season. Bookings mean nothing now unless you collect two in one game.
I spoke to Blaine at the presentation evening and he said that he's never been at such a friendly club and thoroughly enjoyed his time at Welling, unfortunately he is looking for full-time football and can't afford to take a drop in wages, of all the players I've seen this season on loan I would love to see back young Quade Taylor and Alfie Mawson their performances at Cambridge and Forest Green were superb.
I would also like Obo to stay as I believe we missed his attacking prowess and his dead ball delivery.
