At the risk of sounding negative, I sure as hell hope we haven't seen the best of him either yet on what I have seen!

Hopefully Grimsby will underestimate the lads based on earlier performances.

Although we need three points and I reckon the lads can achieve that, I'd be happy with a point from Grimsby away.

I still retain the view from when we first got promoted, that every win we get in this league is a Giant Killing.

Alfreton have just taken the lead away to Barnet. If scores stay as they are, we'll be bottom tonight.

Well....purely looking at the stats....we have had the same amount of shot and same amount on target.....is it really as simple as the fact we cannot put ours away

Not being there of course i cant tell but doesnt look like we have been overun....as mentioned earlier we are light on personel .....

"They don't look like a team that will be down the bottom" says the Grimsby commentator. Appears from listening to all of it we've been more than their match in the second half.

Let's be positive. It isn't the Grimsby away games that will decide our fate.

COYWs. In Jamie we trust.

Haha, Dave, come behind the goal and I'll happily call you a moron.

Not sure what is funnier ..

a) you getting fit,
b) you getting a game,
c) you being Matt Le Tissier ... you said you were a goalkeeper.

Post nonsense, get called a moron. Standard procedure.

And I repeat yet again you wonder why the forums are slow and not really active with nobs like Kevin on here........ If I didnt have my son with me when I go to welling games not only would I meet you behind the goal I would also slap you around like the bitch you are! Unlike you I can back my talk up and unlike you I dont have to rely on others keep getting personal though you think your funny but your a mug and a poor excuse of a man.

Probably wouldn't be such a wise thing to do as you'd potentially end up getting arrested and ending up with a banning order. It's a pity that a good number of people on here take themselves so seriously, and I'm not having a go at you Big Dave before you threaten me as well!

The forum was better in the past I agree, but it was before you even existed on it, so I hardly feel you're in a position to judge.
Anyhow, I have no desire to get into an argument. I've my opinion, you have yours, was a sensible thread until fitness and Matt Le Tissier were mentioned. If you truly back your talk up then get fit and sign for Welling and play that Le Tissier role. Nope, thought not.

Good performance by the lads but unfortunately poor finishing let us down. First 25 minutes of the 2nd half we dominated and had we taken chances we would have got something. There was some great last ditch tackles and some full bloodied ones that our lads went in for. Really shows they are committed to the cause. Anything today was a bonus, it's the next 3 home games we need to be looking at getting 7 points minimum

As others have said any points gained today would have been a bonus. The performances are improving. Just need to focus on finishing.

Very pleased with the performance from afar based on their commentary. If we play like we have in the last few games against the other part-time sides we'll be fine. And I sense Jamie has a loan signing pending.

As many of you are aware, I'm a part time football agent and I do have a couple of guys who are looking for a fresh challenge. With all due respect to our current strike-force I do have a couple of forwards that could be of some assistance.

1. Nicolas Anelka
2. Hugo Almeida
3. Ronaldinho

I do have Titus Bramble if Jamie's looking for a defender with unique talent.
