I appreciate the graffiti on the terrace (behind the outer fencing) has been there for a number of years but going past on a bus it makes the ground look a bit rough and unsightly.
Has it been reported to the council's graffiti removal service as they'll remove it for free.
remove it and then within about two days it is back up again....
Oh dear, best to give up then!
That land behind the terrace has looked poor from outside for far too long...is it not prime retail space? One day there will be a covered terrace / stand there with shops facing the road...or have I just awoken from a mad dream?

To be honest, I go past the ground on the bus quite frequently and there doesn't appear to have been any new graffiti for a couple of years. Besides if it does come back then we'll just have to call Bexley Council back to remove it again. After all the hassle Bexley Council have given us over the years, and given the amount of rent we pay them, it'd be nice to get something back from them for once.
The reason I suggested having advertising there instead, is so that it doesn't give vandals a blank canvas to work on. The only problem with have a banner there is the cost of having it produced. Even a simple laminate printed one.

Just a quick update. I don't know if anyone did report the graffiti to the council, but just to let you know that one of the services that the council is looking at cutting is the free graffiti removal service. So if the club do want it removed by the council then it will have to be reported sooner rather than later.
As previously stated we could just cover the graffiti with a simple PVC banner, maybe displaying the website URL, as 1000's of people go past on the bus every day. The PVC banner would also be difficult to write graffiti on. Of course this would be dependant on available funds.
