Was a filthy elbow for sure I know that in the premier league If ref has seen and acted with words or yellow card nothing can be done. I am guessing that as ref missed it he was open to punishment.......
So, did the referee make a report on an incident he did not see? Or was it truly trial by infrequent TV - where is the justice in that? Moreover, does that mean Chris is still only one booking away from a ban or does the three-match suspension wipe the slate clean? It seems he could miss the FA Cup match.
I could be wrong but i'm fairly sure that for home games, Welling have to give the opposition club a copy of the match DVD a few days after the game. This has been used in the past by clubs to appeal sending offs so maybe clubs could use the DVD's to ask the FA to investigate a decision that was missed during the match?

Maybe so Polo, but would Kiddy ask the FA to review a decision and get Bush a ban? Wouldn't really benefit them in any way.
I dont like the whole TV thing, undermines the ref.
Unfortunately, that is the power of TV. Apparently, televised county cricket matches allow umpires to refer run outs and stumpings but in most un-televised games, the onfield officials have to decide.
What I don't like is that their evidence can be used for retrospective punishment but not to appeal against two yellows. That is the case at all levels, even Sky's Premier League.
I've been asking myself that very same question and have lost countless hours of sleep trying to figure out the answer. However, I have come up with a possible solution. Is it possible that the two players were running after the balll, and as they both made the challenge to get it, Bush raised his arm and whacked the other player in his face with his elbow.
