Time to show the heart and desire that has been missing....we are down to bare bones player wise and l cant see how we can fill the bench with injuries and suspensions....also cant see where goals will come from BUT we have to hope we can get something....key is VERY tight at the back and try and nick one....with no strikers set pieces (corners and free kicks) become more important
Personally i would take a calculated risk and put a non striker up top....fagan???....or go with no strikers and flood the midfield hoping for a break
Well....i will be waiting for scores in Dubai and hope it is good news
True!!.....forgot about him.....but he needs to find the net....fed up with how well we appear to be playing with nothing to show.....would prefer to play badly and get 3 points
It should be last chance saloon for the number 10 who consistently scores no goals and a 2 at best for performance! Will he come good after the kick up the backside he must by now have received? As said...last chance! What price a goal or three!!!!

One saving grace is that you wouldn't have to run particularly hard to catch him to apply said boot!
The only thing wrong with penny was the fact that he was on the shoulder of last man the whole second half looking for a ball to run on to and only received it along the ground once in which he created a chance/studded their keeper!!! I'd hope to see penny in the middle the whole game with hudson and bassele out wide.
For a first full game, after a couple of hours in County Cup games, I thought Penny's performance on Tuesday night was highly encouraging - there was certainly plenty of desire and commitment there.
When everyone is on the same wavelength and with the supply from the manager, Healy and Beautyman I hope that we will create some chances for him and he can (hopefully) stick the ball in the net!
Penny worked tirelessly on Tue night and was one of the few to impress me. A shame when he was stuck up top second half we resorted to hooding long balls for him to chase. Give him good service to feet or to run into space and he'll thrive.
