Don't know Jody, but has been involved on the coaching side with Colchester United and Norwich City. Have heard other names mentioned today but if Grays have put it on website it seems to have substance. If it is him let's all get behind him and carry on the good work this season
IMO a fantastic appointment. Someone used to working with small budgets, experience at coaching at a variety of levels. Also bringing in an assistant manager who has played in the premier league only a few years ago.

Well, that was a genuine surprise. He has a good track record though, welcome Jodie. I do hope that Faz is given a role at the club as well as being a player - his enthusiasm today was a wonder to behold and he is Welling man through and through.
