Fair enough. Didn't realize the forum police had such restrictions, its a discussion forum right? Doesn't mean you all have to agree or be happy about it. As long as there is no bad language or abuse I dont see why a thread can be removed, especially as it seems the reasons are just because most didn't agree with the thread and g forces opinions.
Who am I to judge I guess, the dfc forum is a lot worse for posting threads that go against the majority but never get deleted, even after getting abused.
As long as you know welling fans I am not a troll and enjoy your forum.
No point in keeping a thread with people having a go at eachother. I'm all for debate but someone who claims he's a "fan" and starts slagging off the club/players/management offers very little in terms of discussion.

My goodness, this forum has been so quiet this week, week commencing 15th March, which takes me back to the thread "wake up" started by GForce which in my eyes, was rather hastily removed. I know at the time there were many negative gforces around, but at least it encouraged a day or two's lively debate, some good, some bad, but it got people actively contributing...I think it ran to 2 pages very quickly? Now this week is so dead here, when following the last two results, we should be upbeat and full of enthusiasm? COYW

When things are going (relatively) well then people tend to just read the forum and not necessarily start and/or add to any debate.
I am sure if we still had a certain Mr Brown in charge this forum would be a hive of activity
aha yes Wingnut, point taken. Have to admit I hadn't thought that way! Ok, let's hope it remains quiet then and I'll just climb quietly back into my cage!!
