excellent point Moo, I can see it on JB's CV now, "thanks to my 'effectiveness', two weeks on from my departing Welling fc, one of my backroom staff won the NLP manager of the week award". Perhaps this will be remembered in the annals of football history as JB's most positive moment at Welling?!!
