There's been a few comments on other threads but I believe he deserves his own one...

Loui Faz deserves a huge amount of credit for the recent performances. He knows the club inside/out and judging from his reaction to the victory yesterday, is so passionate about Welling United. You can also see from the video after yesterdays game how much he cares that he was praising the team unlike the previous "Manager." Other players i've spoken to have also spoken very well of Loui.

Whether we stay up or go down, we've done it fighting in the last few games and in my opinion should be given the manager's job on a permanent basis. We saw under Jamie's reign how key team spirit was, and Loui seems to be bringing this back. Players who may want to re-sign next season will want to know who their manager will be so give him the job now and start planning for next season. Hopefully in the Premier.

Thanks again to Loui and his team. Let's complete the job Saturday.

I agree to an extent....Personally I would like to see someone alongside Faz with the contacts....He is doing miracles but with a big group of loanees plus some players ths maybe notbe with us next year....our team will need to be rebuilt from scratch.....can Faz do that....maybe...could an experienced number two help.?...absolutely

Absolutely agree that if and when we should secure safety Loui would deserve the job as would his two assistants. I also think an experienced coach on the staff would help but it has to be right- we don't want another Nethercott or Little who got a decent wage but were they really worth it?

Faz has got the boys fighting, the team spirits back and the supporters are buzzing. One more win lads!

If he keeps us up you can't look anywhere else - he'll be a club legend!

Agreed. I thought he should have been appointed in the first place, purely for continuity and for team spirit (albeit in a depleted squad).

I totally agree with Polo I really hope Loui and his management team get the chance to lead the wings next season.  Am I correct in saying that Loui runs a football boot camp during the summer and we have benefited by JD signing players from this in previous season?

It was through Fazas training camp that we got Rosco, so maybe he'll find a few more gems this summer

I'd like to say thank you to the board for acting so quickly when it became obvious that they had made a mistake, and for making the correct decision while we still had a chance

I would also like to thank Jody Brown because, if he hadn't been quite so clueless, then we might have muddled on for a few more weeks and any chance of survival would have been lost.

I would also like to personally thank Brown the clown, in a perverse sort of way he has kept our season alive? I mean, can you imagine how droll these final games would have been if JD had not left, or if Faz had been given the job in December? We would have been sharing mid-table mediocrity, waiting in desperation for the new season to begin!!!!!!!

Fazza should be given the job done well since he took over as manager and build his own squad next season.

What the club needs is a period of stability and appointing Loui will give them that, also they need to announce this quickly so Loui can sit down with the players and convince them stay at the club. Also with Loui's approach to fitness training give the player a full season with him in charge the players will start the season as fit as can be and that can be worth points on the board at the start of a campaign.

Totally agree. Loui's performed a miracle with the results we've got so far.

Appoint him now - would send out huge message following Daysie's departure down the road. Let's nail down any possible and remote speculation.

Agree. Would be great to announce Loui as manager for next season before the Southport game...

I see the sentiment behind it but I am not sure we should be appointing anyone until we know what division will be playing in next season.

Have no qualms about offering the job to Faz on a permanent basis (if he wants it)

What this decision today could well do however is stop an exodus of players from PVR to join their old gaffer up the road which may well have been the case if Daisy was still in charge at £bbsfl££t next season.

That was my immediate instinct too.

I wonder if Jamie's availability may tempt Dartford to terminate Burman's contract, if not, there is a management vacancy at Braintree.

Let Faz concentrate on doing the job on Saturday. He doesn't need to be concerning himself with anything else this week.

Anyone on the Board at Dartford suggesting a managerial sacking whilst Director/Manager Tony Burman sits across the table from him would be signing their own death warrant.

As amazing as I find Dartford's situation after two successive relegations, and the only side in the bottom of the Conference not to change manager in two seasons, the only way Burman leaves that managerial job is by him walking away voluntarily, and perhaps therefore from the club altogether.
