Great news.

I wasn't too sure about KSA to begin with but he improved as the season went along. Hopefully he can improve further.

Totally different player under Faza, looking forward to see what he can do this season with a manager who appreciates what he brings to the team. Good luck KSA

Is it April Fools Day........?!

I am sorry but this is a huge mistake in my book. Simply not up to this level of football and to give him a contract (again) beggars belief.

Granted he did improve for the last few weeks of the season (he could hardly have got any worse) but lest we forget how poor he was before then.

Yep....not a good sign is it!!!

We need upgrades of what we had otherwise the final answer may be slightly worse than last season

Faz has his work cut out......

I'm a bit mixed about this. His performances were a lot better under Faz and if we can get another striker who will get guaranteed goals to play off him it could work. But the majority of the season it didn't really work for him.

Hopefully with a good pre-season and with Loui in charge we will see the best of KSA in 2015/16

This beggars belief, memories must be very short for a player who as a striker/played in the hole scored how many goals?

In the words of Jimmy Jones, as true as I am riding this camel I will be amazed if he scores 10 goals next season

I think you can take the zero off BKK

Not convinced by this, he did improve for the last few matches, but Ross was there to pull defences around / out of shape. I assume he's well within budget but cannot believe he'll worry many teams we'll meet in the coming season. At the end of the day how many goals, excluding penalties did he score? One or was it two?

In my opinion we can only make judgement on this once we have a full squad assembled. Echoing others thoughts, he will be useful to have in the squad and I think if we have a genuine goal threat to play alongside this will be a good signing. He complimented Ross nicely. Have faith in Faz, he wouldn't have signed him if he didn't think he would make a positive impact in the team/squad.

Fingers crossed for more news on signings soon!

Definitely a signing to reserve judgment on in my view.  Faz clearly rates him though and I'm sure he's a better judge of players' abilities than I am.

People saying he improved under faz, well that wasn't hard was it, this doesn't look good.

Not overly impressed. He has had more clubs than Jack Nicklaus and not excelled at any of them. He was with us all of last season, and yes he did improve a lot towards the end, but I would say it was almost impossible not to improve, and that it was also a case of all his teammates and the management improving around him also helping make him look better. He just doesn't score goals, or set them up, and that is the primary role of a forward player.

Some mentioned above about a genuine goal threat along side him, all well and good, but you are putting a lot of pressure and reliance on whoever that other individual is as we'll undoubtedly have a smallish squad again and low-end budget for the division. We're hardly going to have 4/5 strikers in the squad.

But worse to come ...

Most bizarrely of all, given his lack of goals, why not make him non-contract? or wait a few more weeks and see how else might become available? There could be a better option out there in a few weeks and we'll have blown our beans on KSA. If the rumours/possibility of Penny leaving are anything to go by and this signing has been made instead I'm staggered.

Let's see where and how Faz intends to play KSA. It is Faz's call, and I am hoping that he is close to adding a couple of players who could link well with KSA.  He did put in some good performances towards the end of the season and can certainly pick a pass. I just hope he has not been signed as a main striker.

Faz seems to rate him - whether that be as a massive asset on the training field, in the changing rooms, on the pitch - who knows? Maybe a good squad back up? In Faz we trust.

New season = clean slate. If he carries on improving like he did under Faz then he'll be an asset to the squad.

Doing ok is not good enough, with a small squad you can't carry players.
