It stands for why don't you phone the club? Traditionally i'm sure season tickets are picked up on the gate at the Charlton game. I'm not sure if that's the case this year.

The answer is give your email address to the club. Assuming you have one. They've been very good recently emailing transfer news and season ticket news etc.

Season's tickets have never normally gone out before the fixtures list have been released and personally have received my ticket during the week prior to the CAFC game week
Mine has just arrived but postman was going to send it back as it had Mr D Erowtyon on envelope. My postmans good like that as I keep getting post at my address for people who I have never heard of. Really don't like it we have gone back to the voucher book so cumbersome compared to recent years tickets.
