Erith played on it today, and twice earlier this week. Seems legit.

E&B&Q played there on Tuesday, Thursday and again today, which would n't help.

To be honest I think West Ham are being a little over sensitive about their little angels. The club have been a little unlucky with this and the Erith game called off but we really should have arranged another after the Erith postponement. Even 6 games is a bit thin compared to recent years.

4 pre-season games with 2 of them on artificial pitches. Inadequate preparation in my opinion.

Fail to prepare- Prepare to fail.

That is annoying, serious lack of game time but fingers crossed it won't be too telling come the start of the season.

I dont think the idea of 2 of them being on 3G is so detrimental. If that were the case do you think they would train on 3G pitches during the week, something that has already been mention. Besides player movement etc which is key to pre season isn't effected by the surface. Plus we will have to get used to it as sooner rather later as it will be allowed in our league and most clubs would jump at the chance of having them due to the revenue it can produce for clubs at this level.

Pre season has been a shambles...and that's nothing against loui or the coaching team before anyone starts..just these things happen...I'm sure we'll be ok cone start of the season.

I don't particularly like 3G surfaces and I'm not convinced it was a smart move to play 2 matches on them. However, long-term, money matters and 3G is certainly the future for a club like ours it seems.
