BBC Radio Kent are looking to get some guests on our Saturday Breakfast programme as preview for the FA Cup and we were wondering if their is anyone who would like to represent Welling? It'll be at around 0845.

If you are interested, please DM me with contact details that I can pass on.

Thank you

 Ha!

Typical Radio Kent - couldn't give a monkeys about Welling 99% of the time and suddenly, with a big game on the horizon, decide to suddenly show a bit of interest.

I'll do it - they can interview me before the coaches leave (might be a good idea to have a "beep" machine to hand)

On the other hand it might be an opportunity for someone who can be bothered to question their general attitude towards Welling United.

Given our low crowd numbers we need to take every opportunity to boost the club publicity, and exposure in the media, I know radio Kent have not been our best friends in the past but that should be put behind us and this opportunity grabbed with both hands. Who is the PR guy at the club? Do we have one?
