Of course this is a democracy and voting should be in private, but to the one person thus far that has said "keep them" I would love to know your reasoning.

My last game was Barrow away. But from reading all the posted, IMO......we must be odds on on going down.

As for the squad, where is our Lee Clarke a leader ?....

A  one Joe ?..... So Joe cant train 3 times a week, well have players who cant last more than 60 mins ....

Ledley King didnt train at all, but had like Joe a footballing brain

Why no Keeper ?...

Why the lack of PSF & trialists..Oh yes they already signed the likes of KSA ...Kabba ..Tash .... even before Porter...

To many non performing players on full contracts, so were is the fight and desire to get in the starting 11 and stay there

We were told way back in the summer, we will have a very fit team, who will be pressing from the off....

still waiting for that.

i could go on & on ..as this in my 8 years of watching Welling United, this has to be the most uninspring

rudderless and what hurts the most is some are not giving 100% ..why should they .they will get picked

they will get payed .....

So as much as i love Faz, he needs to look at things & if needs be get rid off his staff & bring in the likes of

Ash, JT & frosty .or someone who knows the game .......a old head ........

bin all this corporate bull**** talk ........ information .stats and figures.....what next Power point presentations

in the dug out ?.......

So IMO ...... we need change ..... & that falls on the board not us the fans.........

I heard yesterday that the players were given instructions last week banning them from reading the forum (somewhat unmanageable).

It would therefore suggest the management team must read it to establish they don't want the players to be reading it because of its content.

That suggests to me that the management team therefore don't agree with the vast majority of supporters comments as evidenced by the continued selection, and non-selection, of certain individuals, and are either too stubborn, too delusional, too reluctant to admit their errors of the past, or too afraid, to make the tough decisions they should do.

Therefore, putting the past behind us, I would have reservations even if we did win against Dover on Boxing Day, that the corner would suddenly be turned. Just as a manager doesn't become a bad manager overnight when getting sacked, they don't suddenly become the best thing since sliced bread with one win. Not that I think that win is very likely without them making at least three personnel changes to the starting line-up this week.

At time of writing 19/22 seem to think its time for a change too.

There was no mention in the post match interviews of bringing in any new players (or shipping any out) so I guess the management is still happy with their squad. A striker on loan for a month could help no end.
