Yes and lovely they were

Nothing new....

Tell the boys
Hope the boys do it
We played really well apart from in our box and their box....errrrrm
Work the boys hard in training
They all understand
Lots of 'hurting' going on
Explanation of selection missing

Same old I am afraid

Wellard to be fair sounded suitably depressed

Basically if the opposition score 1 we lose....Dover will score in both games I am sure

Yes at least Wellard looked genuinely upset, and made the point that not scoring goals was the main problem, he did avoid quoting any names, but a caption he needs to keep the whole squad United if he can. As for the management team, no new ideas, in fact no ideas or constructive thought.

just watched it very depressing-good to see Wellard come out and say something constructive. Worrying that the questions asked didnt focus on bringing in a goal scorer. They seem to say the same thing again and again. Keeping players on the bench who can score in this league is criminal when they play 2 who cant score in this league. They talk about the fans getting behind them and yes we always do and yes the players do try but trying and effort are not enough, it really comes down to building and fostering a team spirit but how can you when players who are performing are continually dropped for those who arent. Effort is no good if you are continually doing the wrong thing. How many times do we see the ball hoofed forward in desperation. I would love us to beat Dover and I will be there supporting the boys but even if we do it will only be a reprieve because serious problems with the squad will remain and the learning curve is not infinite. Managers do need to take it on the chin and accept when what they are doing is not reaping the results. I feel that we were ill informed because all of us thought it would be Faz leading us and not 3 managers.

Somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue and the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true........... That sums up our chances of winning a game before the 2nd of January.
