Bit of a card happy ref for tomorrow's match.

From the Grimsby preview;

So far this season, he has handed out 27 yellow cards in 11 games but is yet to send a player off, whilst he gave out 43 yellow cards and five reds in 17 games last campaign.

Looks like the rain may stay away for best part of the day so hopefully the game is on. A good crowd today to get behind the team.

Despite having 63% possession we have had 1 shot so far, Grimsby have had 10. It doesn't take rocket science to know what we need to do. Shoot more/find someone who can!!

Oh and a potential loan move Alfie Pavey has scored on his debut for Aldershot. I hope we turn things around in the game but why can't the club see things have to change, and NOW.

Keeper at fault for 2 goals. No viable goal threat...again!

3-0 down now.....Faz and co, please do the decent thing and admit you have failed and offer your resignations. Otherwise i expect the board to be giving them their P45's later this evening.

As i type...they've just made it 4-0

Same old crap and we could have played for a week and not scored. Kabba might.not score many goals but at least he puts a shift in whereas KSA doesnt even break a sweat warming up

Ransom and Abbott. Although Abbott at 50 is still more dangerous than most of those we currently have.

Yet again no potential to score, lots of industry in mid-field, but absolutely no attacking threat.

time to change - now

And to think we played ok first half. Thank **** or it'd have been even more embarrassing than some of the excuses dished out.

Anyone still happy to keep them?

Vidal...one of our best attacking players playing just in front of the back 4. A talent totally wasted in that position.

The forwards, yet again no goal thread. Both players worked very hard today and I always credit them for a great shift put in but we still don't have anyone who can put the ball in the net.

Why have we not made any signings yet when it's painfully obvious we can't score goals? Why has the groundwork not been done over the last few weeks to move players out or get players in. A total shambles all round, this has to stop today. Forget having someone lined up to take over, get the reserve manager to take charge, call Dean Frost or Barry Ashby, call anyone out of work and get them to cover Tuesday's game.

This cannot continue.

The people WingsTV need to interview are the board.

Although we may not like the answers to questions such as "why won't you bring in a new manager" and "why are we struggling to sign new players" with the answer possibly "lack of £££££." An answer they wouldn't want to give in public as all our decent players would be snapped up in an instant for eff all (once it's gone to tribunal as always).

Although with the way things are, the board stand to lose more money than anyone else.

Taking into account the couple of injuries we have, that was most probably our best 11 out there today. So regardless of the grievances we may or may not have towards management, we need to keep supporting the players as needlessly slagging them off is only going to make matters worse on the pitch.

According to the forecast for Torquay, it's going to bucket it down non-stop till Wednesday. So unless the FA at the last minute allow the players to wear flippers and snorkels I can't see it going ahead either.

I was criticised by some for calling you a moron before but you make it so easy.

There are no positives.

Maybe the club has no money it's because the bloody idiots running the playing side put dog **** players on contract despite the board advising them 18 contracted players, even if brilliant, which they aren't, was unwise.

You're more clueless than our management team. You'll probably get hired at this rate.

Firstly where did I mention "positives"?

The main point I'm making is that sadly there is the possibility that we may not be in the financial situation to make changes, which would explain the inactivity of the board, who are the people who have to most to lose financially from this. Therefore all our moaning won't make a blind bit of difference other than further demoralising the team.

Which is why I've said slag off the management, yes but slagging off the players (KSA excepted) won't help the situation.

It was only one week ago Grimsby drew 1-1 at home to Guiseley, it's not like they're smashing up every body in site.

Where do we go from here? We need 5 new players to go with a new manager. This squad isn't good enough for this level by a long way.

Oh

Let's hope the club have all the money for that, or that one of us wins the jackpot on the national lottery tonight.

Lots of effort, but no end product. We could have played all day without scoring. It's not like it is recent either it was apparent all the way back to the pre season friendlies.

We aren't in a financial position to make changes largely because of the mistakes of the management team with a tight budget.

Good players are available cheaply via loans. Also, stars like Corne and Williams are on less money than KSA, Tash and Kabba. Work that out.

We've signed no one. We've moved no one out. The management have accepted no blame or responsibility, ever.

As for tribunals. How does that work mid season for contracted players? Idiot.
