From what I read they brought in people not connected with the club at all to get their views on the Matchday experience. A very good idea to get honest and constructive feedback that current supporters or people connected to the club may see very differently.
The first question to ask is are you doing this because it is all you know and can do this to a certain level which earns a living better than you could elsewhere, rather than necessarily better than other people could do this job. If yes, is there the capacity and willingness to improve? If not is there the willingness to involve others who could improve it for you, if they exist?
A question I am all too familiar with currently as I am doing a job I am only partially equipped to do and am not particularly enthusiastic about but am still better equipped than anyone else on the staff. It doesn't make for outstanding results.
Yes its almost like the cheap option was preferred and it will end up costing us our place in the league and surely there is a financial issue here as there is with any relegation-thats why I am shocked there is no action to improve things. We have even gone past the wise old head supporting Faz(as that was never tried even though someone in their first managerial post would need mentoring as you would in any job/profession).
