Questions for the board/owners

I was interested to see in yesterdays programme that Barry wants our views on how to run the club

I have have some questions for them

1/ are you looking for a new manager?

2/ do you have sufficient funds avaliable to stave off relegation?

3/ are you happy with relegation to the Con South?

4/ are you actively seeking new investors if you are not selling the club?

5/ Why no new signings yet?

6/  have you got a plan in place for our relegation?

thats just for starters. Do any of you have any questions that the WUSA board member could bring up at their next board meeting?

From what I read they brought in people not connected with the club at all to get their views on the Matchday experience. A very good idea to get honest and constructive feedback that current supporters or people connected to the club may see very differently.

Great point.

For the Eric Brackstone Suite

1. Can we change the round tea bags to the triangle shaped ones?

2. Where's the cucumber sandwiches?

3. Can we invest in cushions on seats?

4. Greater selection of wines.

5. Waiter/waitress service would be helpful.

The first question to ask is are you doing this because it is all you know and can do this to a certain level which earns a living better than you could elsewhere, rather than necessarily better than other people could do this job. If yes, is there the capacity and willingness to improve? If not is there the willingness to involve others who could improve it for you, if they exist?

A question I am all too familiar with currently as I am doing a job I am only partially equipped to do and am not particularly enthusiastic about but am still better equipped than anyone else on the staff. It doesn't make for outstanding results.

Yes its almost like the cheap option was preferred and it will end up costing us our place in the league and surely there is a financial issue here as there is with any relegation-thats why I am shocked there is no action to improve things. We have even gone past the wise old head supporting Faz(as that was never tried even though someone in their first managerial post would need mentoring as you would in any job/profession).
