If you want to save yourself a few minutes watching, it's just a carbon copy of previous weeks.
"The boys need to be stronger characters". Don't assemble a squad of 19-23 year olds then, with a mute captain and the only other players 25+ either not good enough (KSA) or frequently benched (Bakare)
"A good performance attacking wise in the first half" yet we only scored one from a penalty via the back of the keeper's head.
The usual cr*p about strikers. Why haven't we got rid of any of the current ones stinking out the dressing room?
Spills - don't apologise for asking the same questions each week, ask why none of those questions have been answered on the pitch.
So excruciating that I couldn't watch until the end.
They're basically saying that the reason we are down the bottom is that the players are lacking belief in themselves. Well, I'm lacking belief in the "management team" and have zero faith in their abilities to keep us in this league.
Do the honourable thing lads.........

A rhetorical question, but who the hell is running this team, because the stuff coming out of Matt's mouth, and his vocal dominance on the touchline, and in interviews, as the other two do a lot of nodding, does leave you wondering.
Either way, it shouldn't be an issue from tomorrow onwards. If the powers that be do the right thing.
Well done to Greg for asking the question "will you resign". Great to see the management trio then laugh at that suggestion. No shame. No pride. And, I fear, no acceptance they are largely to blame. Always someone else's fault it seems.
"You see the true character in people when times are tough" ... yeah, arrogance and defiance in this instance it seems.

It's no good having one good half, but even then it took a penalty to give us the lead. Even that was fortunate. What about the misplaced passes in that half to Daniel on the right wing? No wonder the players are lacking belief having three people constantly shouting incoherent instructions at them.
There isn't a Welling hashtag nor fans facebook group so I'm going to post is what I said last night via. Twitter:
Losing at home when you're 1-0 up against the likes of Barrow just isn't good enough, the board's inertia show they're already resigned to their fate.. let's face it, Welling were always punching above their weight budget-wise in the National League Premier, a shame; but a team of kids just won't dig you out of relegation.
Inertia - resistance to change in it's state of motion.
What a load of dribble. Its never their fault and they find the question of being asked if they will resign amusing. Six home defeats in a row including Carlisle with 2 goals scored and fifteen conceded , what a joke. Its not getting better but worse every week, time for them to go or if not time to form a new club if this carries on.
Form Guide
First Ten Games - 6 Points.
Next Four Games - 12 Points.
Next Three Games - 3 Points.
Next Ten Games - 3 Points.
Last 5 League Games - 0-1, 0-1, 1-2, 0 -4, 1-2. Not at all good.
They had all summer to put together a good enough squad, they put too many poor players on good contracts, left themselves no space to wheel and deal which Jamie was a master at. A mess of the highest order and one they alone created, should man up and admit that they have failed and are not up to it. GO before we go elsewhere.
Frankly I am no longer interested in their views. There is only one view I am interested in and that is some form of explanation of where the hierarchy see this season heading. Until we understand that all the rest is hot air from them and wasted virtual ink from us. The longer there is silence the more I am liable to conclude they are resigned to our fate but won't say anything because they fear a drop off in income.
