He was at Charlton and Millwall before going to Stoke (loaned to Macclesfield but didn't play for the first team) then on to Chelmsford - scored 2 in 5. Joined Dover/Leatherhead and was nearly signed by Colchester in the summer. After what we've seen this season in front of goal he's probably got a fair chance of becoming our top striker!
Considering we only play with one out-and-out forward, does this mean the management don't rate Yussuf having only just brought him in?
At no point this season have we lacked numbers in this department, so each time a signing is made you'd imagine it's because they're an improvement on what we already have. That's yet to be proven in the goalscoring stakes (though Bakare had a promising start). Let's hope for goals tomorrow. COYW

"Strikers" would imply they shoot at goal and we know that just doesn't happen!
I noticed that one of his clubs referred to him as a centre forward. Bring back centre forwards, I say - no more of this americanised tosh of "striker" unless used in the proper parlance of an industrial dispute. Oh, and while we are at it, let's have inside lefts and inside rights, right half and left half etc. However, I will settle for the americanised version if he scores lots of goals.
I see that the big unit from Grays who scores lots of goals, Dumaka, has joined Maidstone. Just the sort of player we needed. I guess it demonstrates our pulling power and finances and is a sign of things to come.
Yes and I suppose we can't really blame the club. We are hardly going to tempt a prolific goal scorer from anywhere half decent. Non league is just the same as the league now, maybe we could do a Leicester!
We can and I do. I would n't if the owners of the club had some degree of personal wealth to invest, were pro-active in seeking new supporters and sponsors and were better able to gain revenues from the existing support base. We have long been run like a Ryman league club off the pitch and the chickens are coming home to roost.
