Massive result doesn't matter where we are next year but to beat Tranmere away from home is something for the history books. Well done and should we fear anything now?

I know it's easy to look back at now but imagine this. Don't concede in 95th minute to Cheltenham. +2 points. Score the penalty vs Southport...+2 points. Hold on for something at Dover from 1-0 up...+1 point. 5 points very easily lost. We would only be 1 point off safety if we took them. None the less, brilliant result today against a club who have a proud history and have been top flight. Brilliant and historic result for the club

And let's be honest, the next four games are winnable by any teams standards. They're vs teams down there

Absolutely brilliant result.

Huge well done to the lads, the management team, and also the travelling supporters.

At least now the lads have something to play for with confidence and hope. The next four games are definitely winnable, with those teams facing a backlog of fixtures to fulfill as well.

IF the lads do win the next four games and we still go down, at least the current squad will have proven themselves worthy of staying in this league. Even if it isn't with us.

An amazing result that should go down as one of the best league wins in the clubs history. Massive game next week now, just got to keep believing.

Daniel was the worst player on the pitch, and we were calling for him to be taken off from the 30th minute.. Tapped into a open net after nortei had run rings round 4 of them!

It is easy to look back at the odd point or two here and there but also easy to overlook the poor results in October onwards. We won't go down getting a point against Cheltenham or losing to Dover away. We simply didn't turn up against a lot of poor teams this season. We did today though and we can at least be proud of that.

A superb result today. Every player put a great shift in and battled well. Forget what you read elsewhere, we fully deserved that win as a lot of Tranmere fans told us afterwards.

Forget the results from long ago, had we of sacked Faz and co in December, 6 weeks before Frosty took over, who knows what the results could have been (They could not have been worse!)

True, but it's a real shame that the last 3 results have been fantastic but probably won't count for anything at the end of the season

Fantastic result against a full tine team in the play offs with 5,000+ home fans in a proper stadium. Might not make much of a difference in the long run but certainly one to put in the memory bank for all Welling fans who were there.

Rodak kept us in the game early on and it was massive to equalise so soon after they went ahead otherwise it might have been a long afternoon. With no real recognised striker on the pitch it was going to be a tall order but I think in the end we just about edged it and the winner was an excellent team move.

Surprised how quiet the locals were throughout the game but they were very generous to us afterwards and very magnanimous in defeat.
