As I'm writing this post the club are erecting what looks to be the worlds largest Banner virtually the width of the ground outside. must say it's very eye catching.
E&B won't mind the banner. The more people we attract into the ground the more money they will make in their bar and on their food. Unless they've now decided not to open their clubhouse on our match days.
I think it gives us a little glimpse of MG's thinking. Car park is now twice the size as well. Little changes that should off and could have been made a very long time ago. But let's not dwell on that, it's about the future now as a club and for the supporters. I'm very optimistic about it all.
OH THAT IS SUPERB! All the little obvious things we've always hoped for, or had ideas for are starting to happen. I've learnt over the years - presentation is everything.
For those that did not make the game, the club has also replaced the seats in the Graham Hobbins stand (which now makes the E&B stand look sad.)
Went in the bar and sponsor lounge after the game today and enjoyed the new surroundings not only bars refurbished both M&F toilets areas in the GH stand also had a make over, speaking to friends who had food earlier in the day from the sponsor lounge they said it tasted good. So overall a good positive statement of intent by the club.
