Is this club closed for new season ticket holders?  I ordered one at the end of July and the payment has been cleared by my bank. I had to visit the club to get a form because the main website is still quoting prices for last season. I have still not received the ticket and I have visited the ground since and a pass for the Weston Super Mare  evening match was made available at the gate. I'm close to writing for a full refund and discontinuing my support.

Pretty sure if you go upstairs to the office they can just give you one there.

I think the club are going to seriously regret not promoting season tickets or multi-tickets (e.g. Six Picks). Especially if performances don't improve and attendances continue to dip and the club end up with no choice but to let certain players go.

Have you gone upstairs to the office and talked to them, I can't see why they wouldn't just give you a ticket there and then?

Yes, some problem with printing apparently. I would have bought one a lot sooner but the early bird offer was only offered to existing holders.

 I'm pretty sure the early bird offer was open to everyone. All that was needed was to fill out the form and pay before the dead line day which I think was the last day of March.

That may have been the intention, but I'm not sure everyone was notified. Don't you think it's odd that the main website is still quoting prices for last season? Anyway, I will go there tomorrow if I still haven't received it.
