I've got everyone down on my list from the above messages. I've managed to get quotes from a different company which would make either of the trips above a lot cheaper.

Margate - Boxing Day. Leaving the ground at midday

35 people - £20, for Adult WUSA members, £15 for Child WUSA members, non members add £5
40 people - £17, for Adult WUSA members, £12 for Child WUSA members, non members add £5
45 people - £15, for Adult WUSA members, £10 for Child WUSA members, non members add £5
49 people - £14, for Adult WUSA members, £9 for Child WUSA members, non members add £5

Hungerford - leaving the ground at 4pm

Hungerford I have 15 names and realistically we need 35 for it to run. This has to be booked by Thursday so please contact me if you are interested.

The mini bus cost doesn't work out a huge amount cheaper. It never does as you still have to pay for the driver etc

And who will be driving it? Are you volunteering?

I'm afraid that the Hungerford coach won't be running due to not getting enough people.

However we already have 24 names for Margate so this looks like it will be going ahead.
