So close to 3 points, again. But hopefully confidence is building before a difficult match next Saturday. Other results did not help the league position much as we stay 4th from bottom, I think.
Let's face it we were **** today. Yeah we got a point. But more by luck than judgement. You would have thought we were plucky non league minnows playing against a big league club that battled to a heroic draw on FA cupp 1st round day, not a team drawing against midtable regional league also ran clowns, that probably have a smaller than budget.
But it's a point in the fight against relegation. Probably ba 50:50 if we o will get relegated, we will lose next 2 so December, where we play particularly bad teams is a ****ing massive month.e
We were **** last week and won but people seemed to praise it...a point yea, but once again battered for most the game. Top sides will tear us apart if we play like that.

We were not brilliant last week but we were not **** either. I didn't see the game yesterday so can't comment. As for top sides. I haven't seen anything that can be described as a top side yet. Maidenhead are top of the league but we were the better team on the day until we shot ourselves in the foot. There are no top sides in this league. It's all pretty average really with some sides just harder to beat or easier to beat. Unfortunately we are the latter. Still 4 points from the last two games is better than a poke in the eye.

I wasn't at Gosport but it does sound like a rather fortunate point.
However I repeat that we certainly weren't "battered" at Wealdstone. First half we were the better side by far. Second half they had territory and possession but didn't do very much with it at all.
We have played the top side in this league (who are currently eight points clear) and outplayed them for an hour.
Of course £bbsfl££t will be very tough (and so it should be) but hopefully we can start to pick the home form up, if not this week, then certainly prior to Christmas! Hampton have lost their last four league games at home so there is no reason we can't go there on Saturday week and get a positive result.
This is a very average league from top to bottom and i see no reason that we can't climb the table with better coaching and better organisation and hopefully with a few more players coming back to fitness sooner rather than later.....
