"Harry's desire for more control of first team affairs could not be granted at this stage". When will it be granted?

FFS....The Utter Utter shambolic shambles just goes on and on. How many managers and coaches is it possible to have in one season. As many as it takes it seems. We're a ****ing laughing stock

No sympathy.
Mr wheeler allowed himself to part of a front.
He dared to asked.
The real team/squad selector not Tristan lewis IMO said no.
Bye Mr wheeler.

So as we face two very important games the Management is in disarray. How does MG expect the players to perform when the off-pitch set up looks to be a shambles?

It looks to me as if we are just staggering towards the end of the season Which could still se us relega, again!

Does this really make much difference at the end of the day??

MG admitted at the open evening that he was still pretty much in charge with two yes men fronting the show. One of those yes men decides he no longer wants to be a yes man (and I suppose we should give him credit for that) and he is told thanks but no thanks.

Wheeler might be a nice bloke. He might also be a good coach (and he has all the badges) but that doesn't necessarily make him a good manager.

He failed when in charge at St Albans. He has largely failed when "in charge" at Welling.

The biggest issue I see here is whoever gets the job next season might have the same problems as Wheeler/Lewis especially if it is a player/coach/manager.

You could just imagine Daysie and Ady being 'yes' men. It makes you wonder what the difference is on the interference front and how it all needs to be. A major consideration for 17/18.

Always a good plan to have a new job lined up before you start giving ultimatums to your boss.

So the extensive knowledge of players, coaches, strength and conditioning gurus, assistants that MG knows at this level of football has worked well. The fella who's in charge of oiling the revolving door must be the only one with any job security at all. He's so busy he's the one who needs an assistant. Use Wheelers money to get him one. What a joke!

What I really don't understand is why we are boosting revenue off the pitch and additional funds are going in just to waste it on the monumental turd that is occurring on the pitch. Why waste the effort? At least with a half decent lower budget team busting its balls you have some chance of keeping the crowd you have. I'm not sure that is going to be the case currently as there doesn't feel like much in the whole structure worth supporting at present (with about three or four notable and obvious exceptions). Quite how you persuade Lewington it is worth another shot next year, I wouldn't know where to start (as I suspect he could get good money elsewhere as well).
