Thank **** season is over.
New manager asap who should be allowed to bring his own staff and players in without interference from chairman/director of football or whatever bull**** name is flavour of the day month year.
Seen far worse performances this season than today. We played ok at times with some good football from the back to midfield. Just fell flat up front. Dover didn't seem a league and a half higher today which is some sort of credit to the team.
I feel sorry for the management that the players can turn it on when they want but chose not to for 80% of games. With a few exceptions who everyone knows who they are.

First half we controlled the game but with little/no end product. I am not sure if it was the formation but playing three central midfielders certainly helped and it was probably the best 45 minutes I have seen form Fuseini in a Welling shirt. The wing backs both acquitted themselves well and we moved the ball around nicely. Kinnear clearly gave Dover a kick up the ar$e at half time and they marked Fuseini out of the game. Sods law dictated that a moment of magic from an ex Wing pretty much decided the game in the end. On that point I was a bit disappointed with the recognition (or rather lack of it) that Rossco received from the Welling end when he was subbed - maybe people hadn't realised he was being replaced but I though he was worthy of better.
However one half decent performance in a cup final should not cloud the judgement of the season as a whole and the number of performances where we simply didn't turn up especially away from PVR.
