After the Truro game, Welling have a weekend off so Coyle will expect nothing less than 100% effort

Shouldn't we all expect that at the very least...?!

Are you ****ing sure bench! Bradbrook comes off after a gin being the only man who can win a ball.

Truro were there for the taking today so it's two dropped points. But at least we have stopped that run of results.

A match that we could have won so easily, Goldbergs disallowed goal, for off side, was a bad error by the lino.

But we showed some fight and desire for one so thats positive, still too many big boots upfield towards Goldberg but a far better performance than last week.

Should anyone be interested, that tramp from Truro who was wandering around, was actually a tramp from Charlton.

Back to the game, actually thought the officials were spot on today.
As for playing the ball on the floor, the sooner we get back to doing so, the sooner we get back to winning.

I felt it was a much better display. On another day we get the win. The debut from Callum Driver was impressive for me and I would have given him M.O.M.
With Bradbrook on we hoof it up to him too much and I would go with Eli next time. Another strong showing from the keeper. Only real negatives for me was the poor showing from Gayley and the realisation that our centre-halves can only play route one.

Bradbrook hardly won a header all afternoon. Their two central defenders had him on toast. Eli Phipps looked the better option IMO.

Had the displeasure of him sitting on our table in the upstairs bar. At one point he threw himself to the ground and claimed a penalty from the Welling player.

What's the news on Joe Healy's injury? It looked bad as he went off.

A poor game between two poor teams in the top half of the table - which just goes to show how bad a league it is this season.

That was Eli's last game. He returns to Colchester now.

i remember him from Charlton in the 90s, he got moved on and went down Millwall.

The same thing happened there and off he went again.

Was called "Scooby".

Probably because he never had one.

After the news about Olu the football yesterday seems rather irrelevant to be honest. A few observations...

Not sure 3-5-2 is the way forward to be honest and where will Monakana fit into that system??

Quite impressed with the new bloke Driver

Jebb is a class act but we need to play 3 in midfield with him.

Let's hope that Healy's injury is nothing too serious - can't afford to be without him for long

Bradbrook not doing enough for me in recent games.

I'll have a pint of what the bloke who selected motm was on yesterday!
