I did say wasnt impressed with signing Carthy, he chose not to join us for more money (he had had a great spell on loan and STILL chose more money), then to suit him he re joined us but from all accounts has just gone through the motions.
Hopefully Ade is already looking at players. Good backbone for next year and will be interesting what happens. Remember when we were joint top and the Manager said , top half will be great then go for it next season. I wait with baited breath. I hope i dont have to say "we should have gone for it last season, it was our first chance of going for it for almost 20 years, the chances dont come around at this club often enough to pick and choose when to go for it"

My understanding is that at the present time we have 4 players contracted for the 2006/7 campaign in whatever league we end up in, these being Jamie Turner, Jamie Day, Danny Kedwell, and John Guest. I'm fully anticipate that we will see this list added to in the next few weeks.
