Barry has confirmed that the replay is on Wednesday and not Tuesday.

The result that probably neither team wanted but in the end I suppose a draw was fair as I thought it was a scrappy game

We played quite well in the first half but were second best in the second. I thought Dave Ijaha looked fitter than last week, and Ageyman is solid with a good corner but we really have missed Jack Jebb. I would urge King to take a look at Sam Corne who has scored 10 goals for Ashford from midfield.

Hopefully we get a good draw on Monday that helps motivate us for the replay. There is no need for apathy for this competition Although the prize money is nt as good as the FA Cup it is still decent; £4,000 for the winner of this tie I believe and increasing every round after. This is also a competition that history suggests a club of our standard could win- enjoying a money spinning memorable trip to Wembley to boot.

Defensively we were sound, and I still cannot believe that was a penalty. A perfect tackle winning the ball, the Ref didnt give it, but the Lino was leaping all over the place demanding it! Midfield are battlers but were missing someone who can pick a pass. Up front Paterson will score bundles at this level (3 in 3?) and Mills is a battering ram who wins lots of headers.

Man of the match was the Dulwich right back who virtually marked Nassim out the game.

Might just po to the replay

Another vote from me for Corne.
Thought he stood out the last time he was at PVR

Certainly no penalty, we were right near the Lino and he was lifting his flag before any contact, and that contact was with the ball first. Even some of the Dulwich supporters just smiled when asked if they thought it was a pen. But once the decision is made we all just have to move on and hope the dubious decisions even out over the season.

that said I agree we are missing the creativity and delivery of Jebb, Corne would be an optio, if the budget would stand it, £4K on Wednesday might help!

Sam Corne is playing miles below this level hes been at Braintree and Greenwich Borough and now Ashford. There are plenty of midfielders about who would be a better bet. Sam isn't and wasn't a creative midfielder, he is and was ratty and plays simple balls. He also wouldn't solve the delivery and set piece situation while Jebb is out injured.

Although not the total solution if I was king I would try get him into training and see what he thinks.

He did after all turn jebb from last season scapegoat into this season's best player.

The now ex Ashford manager as a almost parting shot at Ashford has indirectly announced that Sam is not on contract there.
