No, if you have a bookmark for the site try deleting it and use a search engine to locate the site and bookmark it again.

The problem I'm having is I cant actually post anything unless I rotate the phone..very strange

If you are using an Android phone try touching the 3 dots in the top right corner of the web page and selecting Desktop Site.

 Doesn't seem to be it, must be some other reason..... Not to worry, It still works on WIFi, or I could just use a VPN if really needed too.
