Has the other question been asked? Chiefly no matter how the rest of proceedings turn out, good or bad, we will not be seeing Mr Goldberg in the manager's chair on a permanent basis again?
It was good we had a look at Archie, he has been getting good reviews this season on his play, hes never really had a chance with us. He loves the club and has the right character that you want. Its no bad thing to lose in the Kent cup and Bradley will have seen a few players play and not fancy them now.
Hard game on Saturday so give him 3 or 4 games to get them playing his way and to bring in some players.
Well done for MG for stepping aside and getting a manager in, whether its the right manager we will see in due course, its down to Brad now to do the business.
Great stuff Gav...It all seems similar to the situation Arteta has at Arsenal.....Not fit enough...too many mistakes blah blah....we are not Arsenal BUT fitness can be solved
I like the cut of this man's jib already......shape up or ship out!
I agree, from what I could make out he sounds positive and very committed to making a success of his time here. He's recognised that fitness levels wearnt good enough with training going to twice a week which should be the minimum even at this level. He's obviously got ideas on who he wants to bring in so let's hope he can get the players in. All in all a good first interview, be fantastic if we could get anything from Saturday's game
Twice MG has signed players, twice those players have let him down and started to be shipped out as soon as someone else comes in. Hopefully lesson well and truly learnt.
Positives for the first time in a long time, to late to do anything this season other than stay up but BQ needs to be able to get his own squad together and regardless of what happens this season have a crack next year with MG focused solely off the field. Saturday might come to soon to get a result of some kind but great if we do, then some very winnable games coming up after that to get the confidence going.
Really pleased with this appointment and even more pleased after the interview. BQ has watched us quite a bit so he must have important positions lined up.
I wonder if he can get the best out of Coombes if and when he returns?

I would question why coombes should be given another chance?

Depends on how BQ sets up the forward line up? I think Coombes can still score plenty at this level but only with the right service

Because he will give everyone who wants to play his way a chance.
