I've not been to a Chelsea, Man U, Arsenal this season. I have, however, read about their matches, seen video hoighlights etc. With this knowledge I could still legitimately from an opinion on their player of the year.

We are currently experiencing postings on this forum which are designed for one purpose and one purpose alone and that is lets bait JGFC and hope for one of his infamous abusive postings in order to discredit the forum. I have no desire to fight your battles for you but to using Alan Sugar phraseology "As long as I have a whole in my a**e" I will do all I can to preserve what this forum provides and that is, on the whole, a platform for reasoned debate.

And i firmly believe some of the original posters.
Bertie, Spitey plus the lurkers etc etc will see the constant anonymous digs and know where they are coming from and return to posting (one day). People have been brainwashed by propaganda and anonymous gutless abuse that has destroyed the Welling Forum. Surely people must have half a brain and see through this abuse and the agendas? All the time people stay off posting the anonymous continue to abuse. I did say if people ignored them they would be weeded out. Add to that this season certain of these people arrested for punching a 14 year old, reported to the club through foul language. Reported for abusing an opposition fan in the toilets. Just what are people on to bow down to these "fans" AND CONNED BY PROPAGANDA, bullying and lies... Ive always believed there are some guillable people and this just proves it.

The forum hasn't been destroyed. There beats a heart of hard core supporters who provided we can keep the debate reasoned will continue posting. Over time others will join in/come back.
Don't be offended those of you who do post and were not mentioned by name in JGFC's posting, Row E, Squarevanman, Sidcup Graham and wingsoldwally spring to mind, your contributions are valued and long may they continue to be.

On the football front I feel JT should get it and Leon has certainly played exceptionally well. Steve Perkins also deserves a mention purely for all the positons we have played him he has done his best. From the voters pointof view it will probably and maybe deservedly so to Keds, he has been outstanding and will win on a merit.
The forum thing is sad, we have more factions that the judian peoples front and I have been around long enough to have seen a fair share. I do feel for JGFC, he did his best for a while but for whatever reason (and of late I have only seen the odd critcism) he clearly feels he has had enough of it. Maybe the posts are deleted before they get to the board? or he gets them sent direct I dont know, but how long can this vendetta go on from both sides. There have been enough calls to sort it out over various bits and people have called move on but sadly it still rankles with certain parties. Frankly the sooner it is over and finsished the better.
Sadly this is now the only place to air your opinions and I like them to be related to Welling United. I therefore hope that this forum continues and those who want to throw toys can go elsewhere.
One thing puzzles me though Bruno and JGFC, most of your postings are in the early hours? Night workers, non sleepers or worriers? WUFC is important in my life but only during the day.
If we dont win today the playoffs are a gonner and with Keds out I hope our strikers, whoever they may be come good.

Bruno, Well said, i include all those that post on here. Add Peter Mason and a few others to that who post when they have something to say. I just mentioned a few off the top of my head.
Its a shame that in mu opinion most of the old regs who do not post now have an affinity with the club (close connections etc with the brothers and dont want to "piss on the chips" or have joined the wsu/wpc/friends of welling or what ever it is called). I do believe the club to be at the heart of it unfortunately and have received messages of what has been said. Im only disappointed that peoples opinions and beliefs are stifled by a bit of veiled pressure, propaganda and stigma. What they fail to see (or ignore) is the people at the heart of the stirring by being anonymous. Surely the way to progress is to ignore them.
As for criticising the club, when they in my opinion deserve it they will get criticism, when they deserve praise, they will get that too. Its all about opinions and opinions that should be discussed. Anonymous abuse has no place in all of this.
By the way. Lets hope we tonk Eastbourne and a result or two goes our way.

I think I fairly comprehensively answered your question and asked two questions of you in an earlier posting which have gone unanswered. There are inconsistencies in what you posted which stretch credibilty to the limit giving rise to the suspicion that your purpose was to stir the murky waters.
Exchange of opinions is very difficult with non specific one liners. Added to this you claim to be a regular home and away supporter yet claim to know nothing of the Russ v JGFC feud; you claim knowledge of several potential signings but also claim only to have cornered Ade as he was walking past and asked him a couple of questions; you claim not to beleive in supporters expressing their views of players on a website (though its perfectly acceptable to bandy the views about on the terrraces) yet you visit the website. Need I go on?
I am firmly of the opinion that I have not slagged you off though I will put my hands up to a touch of sarcasm when responding to the comment about signings which doesn't amount to slagging off in my book.
It would be interesting to know what wingsoldwally feels about his treatment on this board.

I've no complaints regarding my treatment. But then i'm not one to complain as soon as somebody disagrees with me. I expect a large amount of sarcasm put in my direction, especially as i'm a believer in 'football is a funny old game' to the most extreme extent. I also at some point expect some level of criticism. We all support Welling United, we all want the best for the club but that doesn't mean we all think the same about us. The difference in opinions, criticism and debate's about the club we follow is what makes this place interesting and keeps us coming back. We all know what goes on within most discussion boards regardless of their topic, so why do we complain about it when it happens???? If you put your view out there, your agreeing to have it commented on.
