As many of you know Dulwich are organising a walk from PVR to Champion Hill next Saturday to support mental health awareness. Details are below and can also be obtained from Gary or in club shop tomorrow.

Lovely time yesterday with friends old and new on the walkie talkie yesterday, events of which were brought into sharp focus when I got home to find Caroline Flack had tragically taken her life.

Well done to the organisers, especially Ed, who planned the walk with his grandad Phil, who sadly died 3 weeks ago. My thoughts are with you for Phil's funeral on Monday.

The walk highlight was undoubtedly seeing Gary H's resolve crumble when he joined me for a pint of purely isotonic lager at barely 10am.

Finally, spare a thought for our Scottish walk counterparts who went the extra 20 miles from Livingstone to Ibrox overnight...only to find that Storm Dennis had deferred their match 24 hours!
