If competitive games do not start until October, do you think we will
just play triallists throughout August and September.

At what point do people think it will be worthwhile to pick potential players. I think it is good to wait until fixtures confirmed. However, looking on the Conference South forum some teams are already putting their squads together.

Lets hope that by the 8th September the rules have relaxed and we will be allowed into the ground.

Also hope the guys stay clear of injuries, as said in the interview its going to be a long and intense season.

I was told on Wednesday about the fixture but not the date (or knowing me I forgot it). It cannot be played away so it will be behind doors at PVR.

Hi ya it was the echo and background noise.
when the background shouting stopped we could hear
the echo, it could be you were sitting near a speaker ?.

Hope this helps. Take care

Thanks we will look into that  unfortunately the background noise was because we had a few fringe players right by us and I didn't realise it was as noisy at it obviously was. This Saturday for the Cheshunt game if theres any issues with the broadcast then contact me on Twitter ( @Njones1969 ) or via the Welling Utd Radio Twitter account and we can hopefully get it sorted. Thanks for your feedback

I don't think that Patsy does Twitter, Nigel. i hadn't realised that the fringe players were so noisey.

Eastbourne Borough played an 'away' friendly the other day- at their own ground. I don't see why we cant do the same next week with Cray as the 'Home' team.
