So presumably everyone is relying on the advice changing for October 2nd otherwise that round could become a bit of a mess if clubs at our level decide it isn't viable to open up without them?

If they dont let our level have spectators it would defeat the FA object of getting rounds done quickly so clubs get some money in before before a possible second surge of Covid-19.
